Restaurant V12 offers a mid-week, 3 course menu for just €34. The menu changes every week making it fresh and exciting and has been recently voted 5/5 by most review sites. Expect the unexpected and be surprised by the evening.
Ed our host has a nose for two things - natural wines and really great recommendations of where to eat. His appetite for both is unsatiable so if you're just looking for the hottest spots to dine out in Amsterdam, then dine spend an eve with Ed and the rest of your eating out will be booked.
