During omakase you will be surprised by the chefs who, with much love and passion, freshly prepare and serve the sushi. This is done with accompanying explanations about the ingredients and customs, which really makes dinner an experience.Ken has created beautiful menus inspired by the Japanese style, combined with his own interpretation and signature.  The ingredients are high quality and subject to availability each day and season.
