Enrico Cantelmi and Tommaso Morelli, both from Italy, are the founders of Olido! These two gentlemen have combined all their qualities in restaurant and Olido! Amsterdam, an authentic Italian wood-fired oven pizzeria. Enrico knows and imports the most unique and tasty products from Italy and Tommaso is a true pizzaiolo! Olido! only works with small Italian farmers - mainly from all over Italy some are located a little closer... therefore the ingredients are mostly of organic origin making the flavours are pure and original.

We have up to 8 spots, and this eve will be hosted by two Share Members: Daniele (Italian) & Saskia (Dutch) so you'll be in the safest hands with the most lovely people!!
