Led by Chef Mark Jagtenberg, Jinja’s kitchen blends refined Asian dishes with inventive twist, perfect for curious palates and creative minds alike. Expect surprising flavour combinations, artful plating, and a dining experience meant to be shared.
We’ll gather over dinner and drinks before the vibe shifts as the resident DJs spin vinyl from 8 p.m., setting the tone for late-night conversations and new connections.
