“I haven’t been everywhere, but it’s on my list”
– SUSAN SONTAGNOMADS is a restaurant with ‘travelling’ world cuisine. Twice a year, Jaap & Thomas catch a plane in search of undiscovered culinary gems... When they return they have a mountain of inspiration and a backpack full of local products and spices, the basis for a new menu is laid.
NOMADS presents the best they discovered during their trip. Each dish has its own story ...
